The Superhuman Challenge begins on the date of announcement and ends at 11:59 PM local time on June 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and those living in the same household, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

To enter, participants must:

1. Book and fully complete a Superhuman Protocol (SHP) session at a participating location during the Promotion Period.
2. Record a short video of themselves before, during, and after the session.
3. In the video, clearly and enthusiastically state how they feel SUPERHUMAN! (or equivalent positive testimonial).
4. Post the video on their personal social media account(s) (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms accepted by Sponsor) and tag the official @davincimedicalusa (Facebook) and @davinci_medical IG account.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

One (1) complete Superhuman Protocol home system (Approximate Retail Value: $18,000+).

Prize includes standard components only. Installation, training, shipping, taxes, and any additional accessories are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash equivalent will be awarded except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

The potential winner will be notified via the social media account used for entry, email, or phone within approximately 7 days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS W-9 form within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, participants agree to:

• Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability.
• Grant Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, video, testimonial, and social media post for promotional purposes.
• Accept the prize "as is" with no warranties.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Official Rules. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any injury, damage, or loss related to participation or the prize.

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and as permitted by Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
