Da Vinci Medical has a NO RETURN POLICY on all items including the Theralight bed & HyperT Pro Sauna. Only under certain circumstances would a return be granted at which time the customer will still be liable for the following: 25% restocking fee, all freight charges including the initial freight as well as the return freight charges, all labor charges associated with the building of the bed, all travel charges that have been paid for at the time of the cancellation, the installerās time if they are already in route or onsite at the installation location and any other applicable charges related to the product.

TheraLight Red Light Bed
IF YOU PURCHASED A THERALIGHT BED, TheraLight will be in touch to arrange the delivery date (if they have not yet already). Please let us know if you do not hear from someone within 2 business days. The Bed will be delivered into your desired location and general operation will be demonstrated. TheraLight will also reach out for your logo and contact information to create your brochures, banners and/or posters for your office. The first batch is printed and shipped at no charge. You will also be added to Theralight.comās locator.
