Returns

At Da Vinci, we’re committed to making sure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, medical devices, shipped directly from the manufacturer, or require special handling, we’re not able to accept standard returns.

That said, we understand that unique situations can arise, and we’re happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. In these rare situations, customers may exchange their item for another product of equal value, or apply the value toward a different item and simply pay the difference. Please note that an exchange may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, and freight charges and sales tax are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything we can to make it right.
