TheraLight & HyperT Pro Return Policy
Da Vinci Medical has a NO RETURN POLICY on all items including the Theralight bed & HyperT Pro Sauna. Only under certain circumstances would a return be granted at which time the customer will still be liable for the following: 25% restocking fee, all freight charges including the initial freight as well as the return freight charges, all labor charges associated with the building of the bed, all travel charges that have been paid for at the time of the cancellation, the installerās time if they are already in route or onsite at the installation location and any other applicable charges related to the product.
