Lucium™ is a patented refractive index matching topical that reduces surface scatter and improves light transmission through the skin. It enhances penetration and consistency of dosing across all skin types, including darker Fitzpatrick IV, V and VI tones, which traditionally absorb and scatter more light energy. Up to a 70% increase has been observed in higher Fitzpatrick scales.
